Our Customer Services staff members each have a comprehensive technical and customer services background. Our performance goal is to respond to all inquiries within one hour, with resolution immediately, or within 24 hours for more complex requests. Our Support staff focuses on guiding the user through resolutions in a positive, supportive manner and providing all users with the confidence to explore the capabilities of the product so they will achieve maximum value from their investment.

Learning Tools International provides:
  • Toll-free telephone Technical Support HelpLine for ten (10) hours per day (between the hours of 7am and 5pm PST)
  • Free user-friendly Technical Support QuickTips via fax, mail, or email
  • Online support services via the Internet, fax, and/or email)
  • GoalView Service Center
